Welcome to Rainbow Bridge Trading. By accessing or using our website (https://rainbowbridgegoods.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Business Relationship

Rainbow Bridge Trading is a B2B sourcing and wholesale supplier of fashion accessories. All products are sold for business-to-business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Orders & Quotes

All quotes provided via email or WhatsApp are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Orders are confirmed only after a proforma invoice is issued and the required deposit (if any) is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union. For first-time orders, a 30-50% deposit is required; balance before shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Any shipping damages should be reported to the carrier directly.

5. Custom Products (OEM/ODM)

For custom orders, a sample must be approved before mass production. Minor color or pattern variations due to natural materials (e.g., acetate) are not considered defects. Once production begins, changes requested by the buyer may incur additional fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of wholesale and custom products, all sales are final unless we made a manufacturing error. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos. We will offer replacement or credit at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainbow Bridge Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
