At Rainbow Bridge Trading, we keep our payment and shipping process simple, transparent, and buyer‑friendly. Below you will find all the details you need to place your order with confidence.

📦 Payment Methods

1. For Bulk Orders (Recommended)

  • International Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer / T/T)
    We issue a pro‑forma invoice with our cross‑border payment partner’s bank details. Our partner works with major global banks such as J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and DBS (Hong Kong).
    Funds are typically credited within 1–7 working days, often faster.
  • Instant Transfer (Same‑Platform)
    If your company also uses the same secure business payment service, intra‑platform transfers are credited instantly and carry absolutely zero transaction fees.
  • Deposit Requirement
    A deposit of 30% – 50% of the total order value is required to confirm production. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.

2. For Sample Orders (Small Quantity)

  • PayPal
    We accept PayPal for small sample orders. Please note that our quoted prices do not include PayPal fees.
    For transactions under $500, a handling fee of 4.5% will be added to cover the platform cost.
    Shipping fees for samples are calculated separately based on your delivery address.

Note: Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and current freight rates at the time of order. Final shipping charges will be provided in the quotation.

  • Express Courier (Door‑to‑Door)
    Carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS.
    Estimated delivery: 4–9 business days.
    Price based on destination and current freight rates – actual cost will be quoted.
  • Air Freight
    Suitable for medium to large shipments.
    Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days.
    Price based on destination and current freight rates – actual cost will be quoted.
  • Sea Freight (FCL / LCL)
    Most economical for full container loads (FCL) or less than container loads (LCL).
    Estimated delivery: 30–45 business days.
    Price based on destination and current freight rates – actual cost will be quoted.
  • China–Europe Railway
    Available for shipments to European destinations.
    Estimated delivery: 35–45 business days.
    Price based on destination and current freight rates – actual cost will be quoted.

📋 Production & Payment Flow

  1. You send your inquiry or design requirements – we reply with a quotation.
  2. If custom sample is needed: sample payment → we produce and send the sample.
  3. You confirm the sample and place the formal bulk order.
  4. Deposit payment (30%–50%) received → production arranged.
  5. Balance payment before shipment → shipping arranged and tracking number provided.
